(3) By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for transfer of the investigation of Crime No.45 of 2019 lodged with Police Station, Mohadi, District Bhandara to local Crime Branch at Bhandara.
(4) Today, when this writ petition came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has filed Criminal Application No.71 of 2021 seeking permission to withdraw the writ petitioner. The said application is on affidavit.

(6) Since petitioner wish to withdraw this criminal writ petition by filing separate application, which is allowed by this Court, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
