By this application, it is stated that after deposit of total decreetal amount of Rs.7,70,752/-, the same has been withdrawn during the pendency of the appeal but the interest accrued thereon was not paid to the Claimant. 2.

It is further pointed out that respondent no.1(a) expired on 12.03.2022. The legal heirs i.e. 1(a)(i) to (iii) are of respondent no.1(a) are already on record, therefore, permission be granted to them to withdraw the interest amount.

Hence for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Permission is granted as prayed for.
