We have seen the pleadings in the application. 3.

The petitioner has sought withdrawal of the petition as post his acquittal, he is reinstated in service. However, we are informed that the issue of back wages is pending consideration. 4.

That being so, we allow the application with a rider that in case if the issue of back wages arises, the petitioner is at liberty to approach afresh.

The application stands disposed of.
