Heard.

The applicant is in jail since 12.09.2015 in respect of Crime No.144/2015 for offence punishable under sections 394, 395, 397, 414 r/ws. 34 of the I.P.C. registered at Khadan Police Station Dist. Akola. I think, looking to the time that has passed from the date of arrest of the applicant and, by now, the investigation may have been completed, further detention of the applicant in jail is not necessary. Hence this order:

ORDER

1) Criminal Application No. 876/2015 is allowed. 2) The applicant is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a PR bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount, with condition that he shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
