The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that in fact the appeal should have been filed in the District Court keeping in view the change in valuation by way of amendment. He therefore seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file appeal in the District Court. The appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file an appeal before the District Court. The appeal stands disposed of as such.
