DATED : JUNE 25, 2019 Applicants as well as respondent nos. 3 to 5, who are accused in Crime No.127/2018 registered by Police Station, Patur, District Akola for the offence punishable under Section 498-A read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code are present. Similarly, complainant/ respondent no.2 is present. All the parties to the application submit that matter is amicably settled. Respondent no.2 submits that she does not want to prosecute her complaint and to that effect, she has filed her affidavit on record.

In that view of the matter and for the reasons recorded separately, criminal application is allowed. First Information Report registered against applicants and respondent nos.3 to 5 vide Crime No.127/2018 for the offence punishable under Section 498-A read with Section 34 of` Indian Penal Code is

2506apl874.18 2/2 quashed and set aside on applicant nos.1 to 8 and respondent nos.3 to 5 depositing costs. Applicant nos.1 to 8 and respondent nos.2 to 5 shall deposit jointly costs of rupees twenty-five thousand with the Registry of this Court within three weeks from today. On depositing the same, amount shall be forwarded to Police Welfare Fund, Akola.
