Peruse the record, it seems that since 2019, the matter is pending. Yesterday, the matter was on board, but despite calling the matter twice, nobody was present and therefore, the matter is kept today for dismissal order. Despite the said fact, none is present for the petitioners today, it seems that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter.
