Details of various pending cases between the parties is given in para no.10 of this application and it is contended that Amravati would be a better and convenient place for the parties to attend various matters in different Courts at Amravati so that both of them would not suffer any inconvenience or hardship for decision of those cases on merits and according to law in Amravati. That being so, for the reasons stated in the application and in the larger interest of justice, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i) therein.

Leave is granted to amend prayer clause (i) in the instant Misc. Civil Application. Amendment be carried out forthwith.
