It is submitted by the in-charge Government Pleader that pursuant to the order dated 26-10-2023 notice was issued on 27-10-2023 to the petitioner requiring it to appear before the authorities on 06-11-2023. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that all necessary documents have been now furnished at the office of the respondent no.3. 2.

In view of aforesaid the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to complete the proceedings in the matter of measurement of petitioner's plot within a period of two months.
