This appeal is admitted on substantial question of law.

Vide order dated 29.11.2017, the respondent is restrained from creating any third party interest in the suit property or alter the existing construction and/or making any further construction thereon.

3.

The interim order shall continue to operate till the final disposal of the appeal.

4.

However, it is clarified that the respondent shall be permitted to carry out essential repairs without making any alteration to the existing construction.

5.

This application is disposed of accordingly.
