The grievance in this contempt petition is about the non-compliance of the directions issued by the Court vide order dated 13/08/2018 in Writ Petition No. 3682/2018.

In the aforesaid writ petition, the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 therein were directed to submit pension case of the petitioner with necessary papers to respondent No. 3 therein with further direction to other respondents to take necessary steps expeditiously as per law. 4.

Mrs. Jachak, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the State, on instructions, submits that as directed, the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 (original respondent Nos. 5 and 6) have submitted pension case of

06CP265.2018.odt the petitioner with respondent No. 3 and the same has been further forwarded to respondent No. 6. It is further stated that within a period of four weeks respondent No. 6 would take necessary steps and would release the pension and gratuity amount of the petitioner expeditiously. 5.

The statement of Mrs. Jachak, learned Assistant Government Pleader is accepted. We are satisfied that the grievance of the petitioner in this petition has been duly redressed.

In this view of the matter, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication and hence, the contempt petition stands disposed of. All pending civil applications are also disposed of accordingly.
