DATED : 16-6The limited grievance in the petition is that although the petitioner has been transferred from Sadrabadi to Zilla Parishad Secondary School at Amravati, since her reliever Mr. Chauhan has not joined, she has not been relieved.

We have already dismissed the writ petition filed by Mr. Chauhan and have directed him to report at Sadrabadi within the next 15 days. We dispose of the petition directing the respondents to relieve the petitioner and permit her to resume duty at the transferred place on the day Mr. Chauhan resumes duty.
