DATED : 25-08-2025 Civil Application No.3118/2025 The applicant/appellant has moved this application to serve the respondent No.2 by way of substitute service through paper publication, as the notice of respondent No.2 has returned for want of a correct address.

Having considered the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed as prayed.

The applicant is permitted to serve the respondent No.2 through paper publication in a daily newspaper which is widely circulated in the locality where the respondent No.2 was lastly residing.

The applicant is directed to submit a copy of the paper publication within three weeks to the Court along with pursis. Civil Application No.3246/2023 5.

Learned Advocate for the appellant submitted that the appellant has deposited the entire amount of compensation along with interest before the learned Tribunal on 24/11/2023.

The learned Advocate for the respondent-claimant does not dispute the said fact.

In view of the above, I deem it appropriate to allow the application in terms of prayer Clause-(A).

Hence, the application is allowed in terms of the prayer Clause-(A).
