The petitioner has filed the present petition against the notice dated 09-10-2024 issued by the respondent-Zilla Parishad to show cause as to why he should not be dismissed from service. When I showed my disinclination to entertain the petition against the show cause notice, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to file reply to the show cause notice and he be granted a period of one week to file the reply. ii.

The respondent shall permit the petitioner to file reply by 18-10-2024 and then shall pass the appropriate order. iii.

If the order adverse to the petitioner is passed, the same shall not take effect for a period of four weeks from the date of passing of such order.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. (N.R. Borkar, J. ) Deshmukh
