Perused the contents of the application for condonation of delay. Though prayer made therein is opposed by the learned counsel for the non-applicants, the delay in filing the First Appeal is condoned, subject to applicant not being entitled for interest for the period from 07th February, 2015 to 15th October, 2016.

In view of order passed on Civil Application No. 511 of 2017, the appellant would not be entitled for interest on the amount of compensation, if enhanced, for the period from 07th February, 2015 to 15th October, 2016.
