Submission of Shri Amle, learned counsel for the petitioner is, promotion given to the petitioner as Joint Director General needed to be looked into

Order 110117mca5.17 while finding out whether there was erroneous fixation. If increments to be released due to such promotion is added, the payment was proper. He adds that the employer has unilaterally found revised fixation erroneous and Central Administrative Tribunal has overlooked these facts.
