This is an application filed by the applicant for restoration of criminal revision application which was dismissed for want of prosecution, vide order dated 30.09.2019.

Learned advocate for applicant submits that an amount of Rs.90,000/- was deposited in the lower court and the amount of Rs.2,60,000/- is deposited recently in this Court. The applicant was already released on bail by this court, vide order dated 8.8.2019. The lower court to comply the said order. For the reasons mentioned in the application and in view of the facts and circumstances, criminal revision application needs to be restored. Hence the order :
