1] On 15.01.2020 this application was kept on 16.01.2020 for the applicant to take instructions. 2] It is the applicant, who has moved this application praying for extension of time to enable the Arbitrator to decide the arbitration proceedings. Learned Advocate for the non-applicants submits that an extension of six months time could be sufficient. The learned Advocate for the applicant continues to state that he has no instructions.

3] In view of the above, this application is partly allowed and a period of six months is granted as an extension of time to enable the Arbitrator to decide the proceedings.
