By letter dated 05/04/2025, the Adhoc District Judge-5 and Additional Sessions Judge, Nagpur seeks extension of three months to dispose of the Sessions Case No.408/2023.

The 22 witnesses are already examined by the prosecution and only one witness remained to be examined. It also appears from the letter of the Adhoc District Judge-5 and Additional Sessions Judge, Nagpur that the matter is bulky; however, the reasons mentioned that the Court is also dealing with the bail applications arising out of various police stations, cannot be a ground for the extension of period.

However, considering the matter is at the conclusion, further three months time is extended. 4.
