Heard Shri Sumit Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner.

This Court did not issue notice in the contempt matter and directed the office of the Government Pleader to obtain instructions.

Mrs. Ketki Joshi, learned AGP, upon instructions, states that because of administrative problems, the compliance could not be made and within reasonable time, decision shall be taken. Shri Sumit Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner is opposing any intervention by this Court without issuing notice of contempt to the respondent. However, in view of the orders dated 28.11.2014 passed in present matter, we accept the request made by the learned AGP, upon instructions, and direct the respondent to pass appropriate orders

With these directions, Contempt Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

An ordinary copy of this order be furnished to the learned AGP.
