By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for releasing her pension and other retiral benefits in the light of the orders passed by this Court in Writ Petition Nos.3354/2012 and 8289/2013. Mrs. Taiwade, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.1 to 3, on instructions, states that by an order dated 23.04.2015, 50% of the part-time services rendered by the petitioner are being considered for computing the pensionary benefits of the petitioner. The learned Assistant Government Pleader has tendered a copy of the order to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Court, today. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed in view of the order dated 23.04.2015.

WPs6805&5106-14 Since the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent nos.1 to 3 to release the pensionary benefits to the petitioner in terms of the order dated 23.04.2015 as early as possible and positively within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the pension case from the respondent no.4. The respondent no.4 is directed to submit the pension case of the petitioner to the respondent no.3-Education Officer within a period of one month. Order accordingly. No costs.
