Having considered the submission and prayer clause (A), we are of the view that the petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 - Education Officer to take decision on the proposal dated 25.04.2012 in respect of approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Trained Primary Teacher within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 2.

With this, the petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
