DATE :- 23rd JUNE, 2023 Heard the learned counsel for the applicant who seeks to rely upon the documents dated 18.06.2003 and 19.06.2003 to urge that the applicant came to be appointed on 20.06.2003 on the post of 'Assistant Teacher'. It is submitted that in the light of these documents, the proceedings require re-consideration in exercise of review jurisdiction.

It is seen that the School Tribunal was seized with the specific issue as regards the actual date of the applicant's appointment being either 20.06.2003 or 20.06.2005. After appreciating the material before it, the School Tribunal held that the applicant was appointed on 20.06.2005. While deciding the writ petition, the relevant documents were referred to and on finding that the School Tribunal has taken a possible view of the matter, the order passed by it came to be confirmed.

On the basis of the material now sought to be brought on record a different view is urged to be taken. I do not find there is any error apparent on the face of record to invoke review jurisdiction. The review application is therefore rejected.
