2.

The petition seeks direction to the respondent no.3 to take decision on the proposal of appointment of the petitioner on the post of Junior Clerk in respondent no.5-School. 3.

It is contention of the petitioner that by order dated 23.10.2018 he has been appointed on the post of Junior Clerk which was against sanctioned post and by obtaining prior permission from respondent no.3-Education Officer. It is further contended that respondent no.5-School has forwarded the proposal for sanction of petitioner's appointment by removing all the deficiencies as notified.

Ms Hemlata Jaipurkar, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondent nos.1 to 3. 5.

Considering the grievance raised in the petition, we do not find it necessary to issue notice to other respondents. Rather, we

902 wp7907.23.odt are of the view that the petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent no.3-Education Officer to decide the proposal dated 25.02.2019 with regard to approval to the appointment of petitioner on sanctioned post, within a period of two months from the communication of this order.

6.
