Date : 5 th December, 2015 In view of the fact that the first appeal filed by VIDC was partly allowed and this order was set aside by the Apex Court on 17-4-2015, there is no objection for allowing this civil application.

Hence, the civil application is allowed.

The amount lying in deposit in this Court shall be transferred to the Reference Court along with the interest accrued thereon.

The Reference Court shall permit the applicant to withdraw the said amount.

The civil application is disposed of.
