Heard Shri B.N. Mohta, learned counsel for the applicant, who himself filed his own affidavit supporting the application for condonation of delay as well as revision of the order dated 07.03.2016, which was passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court refusing registration of Miscellaneous Civil Application (stamp) No.2937 of 2016. Notices on Miscellaneous Civil Application (stamp) No.2937 of 2016 were not issued, which was dismissed for nonremoval of office objections. (2) The learned counsel for the applicant gave his own affidavit citing the reasons, I am satisfied with the same. Hence, the application for condonation of delay is allowed. The delay of 15 days is hereby condoned. The revision is allowed by setting aside the order dated 07.03.2016 passed by the Registrar (Judicial).
