The learned advocate for the applicant/ appellant has no objection if the claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant with the Registry of this Court.

The amount deposited by the applicant / appellant alongwith interest on it, if any, be transferred to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati. The non-applicant / respondent no.1- Archana Dhanraj Milkhe and the non-applicant / respondent no.3 - Chandrakala Devidas Milkhe be given Rs. 50,000/- each. The balance amount be kept in nationalized bank in fixed deposit which would fetch maximum interest. The Tribunal shall permit the respondent / claimant to withdraw the interest every quarterly. This arrangement shall continue till the nonapplicant no.2-Shraddha @ Sharda Dhanraj Milkhe

caf2827.18 moves an application pointing out that her education is complete or till her marriage.

The civil application is disposed in the above terms.
