In view of the fact that the first appeal filed by V.I.D.C. was partly allowed and this order was set aside by the Apex Court on 17/04/2015 and since there is no objection for allowing this application, the application is allowed. The amount lying in deposit in this Court shall be transferred to the Reference Court along with the interest accrued thereon.

The Reference Court shall permit the applicant to withdraw the said amount.
