In the present petition, the following prayers are made:
"(i) issue an appropriate writ, order or direction to the Respondent, i.e., Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Savner to declare the result of live bidding of the E-Auction Tender Process titled, 'E-Auction for Daily and Weekly Market Fee Collection 20252026 at Municipal Council Savner', at the earliest; (ii) issue an appropriate writ, order or direction to the Respondent, i.e., Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Savner to respond to the communication of the Petitioner dated 12.09.2025 (Annexure-I) with the details sought by the Petitioner;
(iii) grant any other relief in addition to or incidental to the reliefs sought for hereinabove which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the fact situation of the petition at hand; and iv) allow this petition in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, makes a statement that the final decision either to declare the result of live bidding or to go for re-tendering by cancelling the present tender is pending before the Chief Officer and such decision will be taken within one week. The statement is accepted.

In view of the above statement, as nothing remains in this petition, the writ petition stands disposed of. 5.
The liberty is granted to the petitioner to file afresh in case such occasion arises.
