These applications have been filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, this Court on 08.04.2019 had sought statement of disclosure from Shri Justice M.N. Gilani (Retired) who was agreed to be appointed an Arbitrator. The statement of disclosure has been received indicating absence of any relationship with parties or interest in the matter.

In view thereof, Shri Justice M.N. Gilani (Retired) is appointed as Arbitrator to resolve the disputes between the parties. The applicant to deposit process fees within a period of ten days from today. The parties shall appear before the learned Arbitrator on 03.08.2019.
