Civil Application (W) No.104/2025 is submitted by the petitioners as well as respondent no.1 for disposal of the petition in terms of the settlement arrived at in between the petitioners and respondent no.1.

Mr. Abdul Subhan, learned Advocate for the petitioners and Mr. Thakare, learned Advocate for respondent no.1 submit that the parties have amicably resolved their controversy on the terms mentioned in paragraph (1) of the instant Civil Application, which is signed by petitioner nos.1 and 2 and respondent no.1 along with their counsels. It is submitted that the controversy is in between the employee and the Management and in view of the same terms, the controversy in Writ Petition No.5278/2019 is also sought to be resolved. Counsel for both the sides pray for disposal of these two writ petitions in terms of the compromise.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondentEducation Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Buldhana submits that the petition can be disposed of in terms of the Civil Application.
