The applicant has apprehension of arrest in Crime No.220/2025 registered with Police Station, Shegaon Rural, District Buldhana for the offences punishable under Sections 74 and 333 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The allegations made against this applicant are that he used to post on his D.P. her and her husband's photo for sometime and then remove it.

Considering the allegations made against this applicant and as the applicant has complied with the conditions imposed while granting ad interim protection, the interim protection granted on 19.09.2025 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
