CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPA) NO.924/2018 The effect, operation and execution of substantive sentence is suspended till disposal of this appeal and the order passed by the Sessions Court on 30th August, 2018 directing release of the appellant / accused on bail shall continue until further orders, however, on furnishing P.R. bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) and one solvent surety in the like amount. The criminal application is allowed accordingly.
