2] Considering the reasons given, the delay is condoned.

3] MCA St.No. 20972/2019 seeks review of the order dated 6.6.2019 passed in W.P. No.3841/2019.

4] The ground for review is that during the period 30.4.2002, when the request for voluntary retirement of the applicant was accepted and he stood relieved from service, till 24.3.2009 when the complaint was lodged objecting to his being relieved by accepting his request for voluntary

(2) 18cao469.20 retirement, the petitioner was facing prosecution and therefore could not file the complaint earlier. 5] In my considered opinion, merely because the applicant was facing a prosecution, that cannot be a ground for review, as the applicant had already tendered his application for VRS and upon acceptance of the same, stood relieved on 30.4.2002.
