The grievance of the petitioners is that respondent No.1-State Government should take decision for formation of Kandri (Kanhan) Nagar Panchayat as per the draft notification dated 19/10/2022. During pendency of the present petition, on 26/12/2022, the State Government issued notification and formed a Nagar Panchayat. Therefore, the grievance of the petitioners no more survives.

02] Hence, the petition is disposed of accordingly with no order as to costs.
