The petitioner seeks expeditious consideration of proceedings filed under Section 41-D of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950. The petitioner has moved an application making a similar prayer before the learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Amravati. It is informed that the next date of the proceedings is 07-11-2023.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of by directing the learned Joint Charity Commissioner to consider the petitioner's application dated 28-7-2023

2 wp7541.23 making a prayer for expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed on the said application, he is free to take steps as are permissible in law.

Order accordingly. No costs.
