deletion of name of appellant no. 2(a) namely Dhananjay Bhaurao Kantode who expired on 10/05/2011 without leaving behind any legal heirs.

The name of appellant no. 2(a) is permitted to be deleted at the costs and consequences of the appellants. 4.
