The learned advocate for the applicant has pointed out the order passed by the learned Magistrate below application (Exh.19) on 14th January 2019 directing that the names of the non-applicant Nos. 4 to 7 before him be deleted from the complaint. The application/ complaint filed by the present non-applicant (applicant before the Magistrate) is dismissed against the non-applicant Nos.4 to 7 in the complaint before the learned Magistrate. The present applicants are non-applicant Nos. 6 and 7 in the complaint filed before the learned Magistrate.

The advocate for the present non-applicant does not dispute the factual position.

In view of the order passed by the learned Magistrate on 14th January 2019, this Criminal Application is rendered infructuous, it is disposed accordingly. No costs. JUDGE RRaut..
