This petition takes exception to the order dated 25.09.2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhandara below Exhibit 243 in R.C.S. No.25/2010.

By the order impugned, the learned trial Court has allowed the application filed by respondent No.1/original plaintiff and permitted him to produce on the record of the suit, a certified copy of Deed of Declaration dated 26.12.1964.

By consent of the parties, the following order is passed :
