The reasons for delay, in filing revision application, have been stated in the application. According to the applicant, there is delay of 180 days in filing the revision application against the impugned judgment and order, awarding maintenance of Rs.3500/- per month to the respondent. It is submitted that for the reasons stated in the application, the applicant could not file the revision application within time.

On going through the application and the copy of the medical certificate placed on record, I am of the view that case is made out to condone the delay. Accordingly, the application is allowed.

The delay of 180 days in filing the revision application against the impugned judgment and order is condoned.
