(1) The impugned order would not be acted upon and the respondent no.4 and 5 would not object to the transfer of the petitioner from Chandrapur to Nagpur.

(2) The respondent nos.1 to 3 would consider the representations of the respondent nos.4 and 5, if made, within three weeks for their transfer to Nagpur, when the General Transfers are made in 2017.

(3) No order as to costs.
