The parties are agreeing that the controversy involved in the present matter is covered by the decision of the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Bharti Tele-Ventures Ltd. & another vs. State of Maharashtra & another, reported in 2007(4) Mh.L.J. 105. The petition has to be allowed by quashing and setting aside the resolution dated 19/10/2010.

Hence, the petition is allowed and the impugned resolution dated 19/10/2010 is quashed and set aside.
