By present application, the applicant prays for bringing legal heirs of the Respondent No.2-Damodhar s/o Laxman Ayachit on record, who expired on 12.10.2022. This application has been filed on 22.11.2022. Since the counsel for respondents has no objection and the application is filed well within limitation, the Application is allowed. The legal representatives of Respondent No.2-Damodhar Laxman Ayachit be brought on record within a period of one week from today. Once the LRs are brought on record, issue notice, returnable within three weeks thereafter.
