The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioners had challenged an interlocutory order dated 21.09.2016 passed by the Industrial Court by which, application Exh.U-2, seeking interim relief in Complaint (ULP) No.65/2014, had been rejected. This Court had directed maintenance of status quo vide order dated 26.10.2016.

It is informed that the Complaint (ULP) No.65/2014 has been decided by the Industrial Court on its merits by judgment dated 29.06.2018 and this petition has become infructuous.

In view of above, this petition stands disposed off as being infructuous.
