This petition takes exception to the order dated 28th August, 2024 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Chandur Railway, Dist. Amravati.

By the order impugned, learned SubDivisional Officer has rejected the application filed by the present petitioner to stay the order dated 13th June, 2024 passed by Mamlatdar.

I am not inclined to entertain the present petition against the interim order. However, the SubDivisional Officer, Chandur Railway, Dist. Amravati SKNair

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
