Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

In this petition, a prayer is made to direct respondents to release an amount of rent as per leave and licence agreement for a particular period. The learned counsel for petitioners has submitted that though respondents are duty bound to pay the rent amount, same has not been done. He has also relied upon the documents filed with the instant petition. 3.

Be that as it may, since the issue is not decided till this date by the respondents, we direct respondents to treat present petition as representation and decide the same, by considering the issues raised in the petition, in light of documents filed, within ten weeks from today.

Learned counsel for petitioners undertake to produce copy of order passed today along with petition before the respondents, within two weeks from today.
