In this situation, we recall order dated 19/10/2016 and restore Criminal Writ Petition No.828/2015. Order dated 22/08/2016 in criminal writ petition shall be complied with within two weeks from today. Criminal application is allowed and disposed of. Steno copy of this order be furnished to the learned counsel for the parties to act upon.
