Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.
For the reasons stated in the applications, I am satisfied that sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay and restoration of First Appeal Stamp No.9613/2015. Hence, the applications are allowed First Appeal Stamp No. 9613/2015 is restored. The appellant to remove all office objections within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, all objections shall stand dismissed without reference to this Court. The costs to be paid by the appellant should be accepted.
