This is an application for relaxation of condition (a) of the order dated 21/03/2022, whereby it was directed the applicant not to enter into the territorial jurisdiction of Armori, till the conclusion of the trial.

The applicant seeks relaxation of the said condition on the ground that, there is a marriage of one daughter and he wants to find out a suitable boy for his unmarried daughter. Whereas, another daughter is pregnant and her delivery is due in the month of December 2022. 3.

Considering the reasons stated by the applicant, the condition is relaxed.
