This is an application for withdrawal of amount deposited as per award passed by the learned trial Court.

Considering the peculiar facts of the case, it would be proper to allow to withdraw the amount under award to the extent of Rs. 75% along with accrued interest thereon, upon execution and submission of the usual undertaking.
